Mary Eliza Interiors is a full-service interior design firm located in Charleston, South Carolina. We work with our clients from the early conceptual phases through the installation. Through the duration of the project, MEI collaborates closely with architects, builders, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that your project is completed effectively and efficiently. 

We offer a range of design services for both residential and commercial projects.

Full Service Interior Design

Whether you are looking for a new piece of furniture or a complete room makeover, Mary Eliza Interiors can assist you in transforming your space from start to finish. 

We have access to multiple furniture, fabric, lighting, wallcovering, and accessory lines and can use these along with any of your own pieces to create a space that truly reflects your personality. We will meet with you to review the scope of the project and then provide you with a package that includes all proposed finishes, furniture, and floor plans. Once the design has been approved, we will handle the sourcing and ordering of all furniture and accessories and installation of space.

New Construction & Renovations

The process of building or renovating a home involves many details and moving parts. Our extensive construction experience enables us to streamline and organize this process for you to prevent it from becoming too overwhelming. Ideally we will get involved in the very beginning of the project so that we can work hand in hand with you, the architect, and builder to make every selection and ensure that no detail is overlooked.

Mary Eliza Interiors provides a full set of drawings, 3D renderings, design boards, and specifications for all finishes and fixtures for your new home. We will schedule regular site visits and meetings with all subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless coordination.

E-Design

E-Design is a more affordable alternative to traditional interior design. It enables clients that are not located in the Charleston area or are limited by time or budget to have access to design services. Mary Eliza Interiors provides direction for the purchasing or repurposing of furniture and decor as well as guidance for layout and placement. We will work with you through emails, phone calls,  and video conferencing to review every detail. Available for both commercial and residential projects, it is a very personalized process developed to fit each client’s budget, style, and timeline.
