We worked with Eliza when building our first home.  We were a little anxious going into the process as this was our first time building a home and after speaking to some friends, we understood that building a custom home can be stressful. While the process of home building was a roller coaster of an experience for us,  Eliza was the one person on the team that truly understood our preferences and really made life easier for us.  She gave us a lot of autonomy with the interior design process.  In situations where we found ourselves clueless, she stepped in and made the big decisions but otherwise, she always let us express our design intentions first and then helped us refine our ideas.  She gave us time to research and encouraged us to come up with our own ideas and helped bring them to reality. She always kept an eye on costs and helped us stay within our budget. She even found us a light fixture sale and helped us save a significant amount of money during the building process! 

Eliza has an eye for fashion and you can tell from her style of working that she is passionate about interior design and her work speaks for itself. We are very pleased with the results in our home and continue to receive numerous compliments on the interiors.  Overall, Eliza was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely love to work with her again!
